CD Structural plywood is an engineered wood panel designed for high strength to a stress grade of F8. It is manufactured with a ‘C’ grade face (sanded with puttied knots and splits) and a ‘D’ grade back (unsanded and unputtied), with a ‘A’ Phenol Formaldehyde glue bond. Sheet sizes are 2400x1200mm and thickness range includes 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 25mm. It is suitable for use in building projects, pallets and crates, site hoardings, shop-fitting, and as underlay to timber flooring.
Non-Structural CD plywood is similar to structural grade plywood but has not been tested to meet structural requirements, and therefore is not suitable for load bearing applications. It is also available in 2400x1200mm sheet sizes, and thickness’ of 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 25mm. It is suitable for use in site hoardings, underlay to timber flooring, pallets and crates and any other application that is not load bearing.
